::about KevinBorn in Winnipeg in 1985 to the son of a traveling evangelist, Kevin grew up on the road with his family, visiting churches across North America. His first appearance on stage was at the age of 8, and over the next 15 years Kevin would open for his father as a soloist at countless evangelistic meetings and crusades, singing Sunday School songs and hymns a cappella. It was at a 1996 evangelistic meeting in Pensacola, Florida that Kevin met God in a life-changing way. "That experience with Jesus built a hunger in me to find out more about this God I had been taught about my whole life, but didn't have a relationship with." Said Kevin. That desire to share the love of God with others led Kevin and his father to begin a 30 minute radio ministry program on two U.S. stations and one Canadian station in 2000. As co-host/co-producer and announcer for Amazing Love Radio, Kevin's voice caught the ears of radio industry leaders. He has since recorded on air ads and promos for many radio stations, also appearing in a nationally distributed voice-over reel by Midcan Studios of Winnipeg with the best commercial voices in Canada. In 2004 Kevin recorded his self-titled debut album with Avante Records. Kevin's deep bass voice surprises and blesses audiences of all ages as he sings hymns, Southern Gospel tunes and classic Jazz standards. This album went on to be nominated for Southern Gospel Album of the Year by the CGMA in 2006. In 2007 Kevin went back into the studio to produce what would be his second project. Set to be released nationally later this year (2008), Kevin maintains his excitement and passion for producing music that is both uplifting and glorifying to Christ. Kevin's presence on stage exudes the love of God and brings laughter, comfort and peace to those in attendance.Kevin currently lives in Portage La Prairie, MB where he is an Ordained Minister and Associate Pastor of Prairie Community Church, a non-denominational church. Kevin is also an on-air personality for radio Station CFRY 920AM & 93.1FM and CJPG Mix 96.5FM. He is also a former apiary owner and maintains involvement in other business ventures. Discography:
